Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Nature of Perishable Homemade Food
Because all products from Recipe Mantra (Homemade Ethnic Food) are fresh, preservative-free artisanal food items prepared specifically to your order in small batches, we do not accept general returns once a package has been delivered and opened.
2. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your pre-order free of charge with a full refund under the following conditions:
- For Regular Orders (Up to 2kg): Cancellation notice given at least 18 hours prior to scheduled preparation.
- For Bulk & Festive Orders (5kg+ or 15+ Boxes): Cancellation notice given at least 4 days prior to scheduled delivery.
- Once an order is physically in transit with our hyperlocal courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
3. Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries
In the rare event of transit damage or missing items, please photograph the package and notify us on WhatsApp within 3 hours of delivery. We will promptly arrange an immediate replacement or full refund.
