1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or browsing this website, or by placing pre-orders for products handcrafted by Recipe Mantra (Homemade Ethnic Food), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Artisanal Handcrafted Variations
Our sweets and savories are fresh culinary products prepared by hand using traditional recipes. Subtle natural variations in sphere shape, golden hue, or crumb texture are normal and represent genuine homemade craftsmanship.
3. Pre-Order & Confirmation Process
Recipe Mantra operates on a pre-order model. An order is deemed formally confirmed only once:
- Item availability and batch preparation slots have been verified over WhatsApp.
- Service area eligibility across Delhi NCR and the flat delivery fee (₹59 per order) have been confirmed.
- Agreed payment arrangements have been completed directly with Recipe Mantra.
4. Allergen Advisory
Our kitchen prepares products that may contain tree nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios), wheat gluten, sesame, and dairy (desi ghee). If you have severe allergies, please disclose them explicitly before placing an order.
